I had brunch (outside) with a girlfriend last weekend, and I loved the normalcy of it. It doesn’t hurt that it was delicious and I love latte art.
Speaking of latte art, my favorite coffee is Cup of Joe, which is fairly new and local to near where I grew up on Long Island. I do not understand how people function in the morning without a cup of coffee. I am a monster before I have it.
In something that will instantly elevate me to the category of strangest person you’ve heard of…..I do not like any jelly beans, with one exception. That’s right, I am the exact opposite of every other person on planet Earth. I only like the black ones.
I have a white waffle shower curtain. And I stand by that it’s a great, classic choice. But, the room is so white that it makes it feel too sterile. Debating if I should just switch it out with a different color (grey?) or do something with a pattern? Like this or this?
It’s always kitchens and bathrooms that stop me in my tracks. Makes me want to buy my own place just to have one to remodel. Too bad I’m not in the market to buy and remodel an NYC apartment. In the meantime, I’m going to be ogling this all black kitchen.
We’ve all had quarantine pants that have gotten us through this past year. These are mine. I know pants that button and zip are in my future, but these are so comfortable I know they’re not going into retirement any time soon.
I just started this nonfiction book. I’m not very far into it and I’m already captivated. Nonfiction can sometimes be a bit of a slog (although sometimes it is AMAZING) but I’m not worried about that being a problem with this one.
I’m going to see my family again this weekend and I can’t wait to play with my nieces and nephews.
